To appoint Peoples Research and Development Committees
within Village levels, Grama Niladari Division levels, Divisional Secretariat levels, District Secretariat levels and Provincial levels in order to action the activities identified in the 6 subject areas under Objective No. 20 and the 6 fields of Economy under Objective No. 21.
